Session 1: Networking for Introverts

In this interactive session, local networking expert, Nadine Riopel (We Hate Networking) will share practical advice on how to create meaningful connections.

Nadine Riopel really, really, wants you to be all you can be.

That’s why she's fired up about helping people develop their social networks. Everyone is capable of a lot more with the right support.

She offers online courses, training sessions, speaking, and facilitation services to help everyone find their people and develop relationships.

To accomplish this mission, she uses a wealth of experience from a background in high end hospitality, professional fundraising, and sales.

Session 2: Leadership and Mental Health

Jocelyn Davison, owner of the local event planning company, The Virtual Effect, will share her personal leadership story and insights on the different kind of leader and the challenges of mental health in the workplace.

Jamie Bay is a Certified Life Coach and Owner of a new wellness company, The Wellness Warrior. The Wellness Warrior works in collaboration with YEG Boss Babes to create mental health panels and workshops that empower entrepreneurs and business women in our city. Jamie is also the Board Chair at Momentum Walk-In Counselling, a non-profit offering affordable access to counselling services, and works in ATB's corporate office as their Manager of Cause-Marketing & Social Impact.



Session 3: Vision Board Activity

Local blogger, Nicole Constante, will guide you through the process of creating your personal vision board. Just over a year ago, Nicole was in the Philippines making her very first vision board. She is a true example of how her vision board changed her life and is very excited to see how vision boards will manifest your lives too.

While we’ll have some supplies on hand, you’re also welcome to bring your own personal pictures and magazines as the other supplies will be provided.

Session 4: Women’s Health Panel

Justine Martinson the owner of Lipstick Empire Laser Spa will be speaking about the misconceptions of aesthetics and important things you need to know about your skin.

Chantal Eves the owner of Health plus Happy, a Health Coach, Yogi and Urban Farmer from Calgary will be joining us to discuss the importance of self-care in today’s fast paced life.  g sessions, workshops, presentations and retreats.

Session 5: Seated Yoga and Guided Meditation

Gayatri Joti the owner of Shift Clarity will be speaking to the benefits of mediation and yoga. She will be guiding you through a seated yoga session and guided meditation.

Shift Clarity offers Meditation, Yogic Philosophy, and Insight Training & Consulting for people who are interested in connecting with themselves on a deeper level, in a supportive setting. It is also a platform for holistic living, conscious business and creating empowered workspaces.
